Toronto Real Estate Board
The Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TREB) is the largest real estate board in Canada operating in the Greater Toronto Area.
History[edit]
Founded in 1920, the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board is the third oldest continuously running board in Canada. As of January 2020, TRREB serves more than 56,000 licensed real estate brokers and salespeople located in and beyond the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
Work[edit]
The Toronto Regional Real Estate Board is a professional organization for real estate practitioners with an elected voluntary board of 14 directors.
Under contract with TRREB, the Brampton Real Estate Board and the Durham Region Association of Realtors use TRREB's multiple listing service (MLS). TRREB's MLS system contains listings throughout the GTA, the Greater Golden Horseshoe, and others parts of Ontario.
