Tory Green is an American entrepreneur, investor, and co-founder of io.net, a company focused on decentralized infrastructure for artificial intelligence.

Education
Green earned a degree in economics from Stanford University.[1] He also studied at the United States Military Academy at West Point, concentrating on economics and nuclear engineering.[2]
Career
Green began his career as an analyst at Merrill Lynch, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, before joining The Walt Disney Company in a strategic planning role. He then worked at Oaktree Capital Management as a private equity associate, evaluating investments in the energy sector.[3][4]
He later served as director of corporate development and strategy at Fox Mobile Group, where he assessed acquisition and joint venture opportunities.[5] Green went on to co-found The Art of Charm, Inc., a media and marketing company, where he was chief operating officer.[2]
Green also held executive positions at Hum Capital, a fintech company, where he served as COO and CFO. At Hum Capital, he oversaw operations and finance and contributed to the development of the Intelligent Capital Market platform, which used artificial intelligence to evaluate company financials.[6][7]
Before joining io.net, Green was a partner and COO at Tiller Partners, where he managed investment operations, including sourcing, research, valuation, and portfolio support. His work included market analysis in sectors such as machine learning, blockchain, and IoT.[6]
io.net
Green is the co-founder of io.net, a company that provides computing resources for artificial intelligence applications.[8] He initially served as Chief Operating Officer and was appointed CEO in June 2024. His appointment came ah ead of the platform’s IO token launch on Binance Launchpad.[9][10][11] As CEO, Green outlined a strategic focus on expanding the platform’s network of GPU and CPU suppliers and improving operational efficiency. As of mid-2024, the network had onboarded approximately 20,000 cluster-ready GPUs and had aggregated over 318,000 GPUs globally.[12]
In 2025, Green transitioned to the role of Chairperson of the io.net Foundation.[13]
