Total Defense

Total Defense Inc. was founded in 1992, and went through a series of changes and acquisitions before coming together to form the company it is today in 2011. It's a private company in the computer software industry, offering anti-virus software, PC-tuneup, online backup and mobile security.

History

Total Defense started as part of Cheyenne Software, which was then acquired by CA Technologies in 1996. The Internet Security Division of CA Technologies originated in April 2008. Total Defense was born in 2011 and its CEO is Paul Lipman.
