David Ankin
David Ankin is the star of American automotive cable television series ToyMakerz. He learned the car fabrication trade from his father, who appeared in ToyMakerz S1 episode 104 “Three Generations of ToyMakerz.” David Ankin worked as a stuntman and bar owner before starting ToyMakerz LLC.[1]

ToyMakerz LLC is located in Reidsville, North Carolina. The start-to-finish fab shop specializes in custom and one-off automobiles. Since 2016, the shop has been the focus of automotive television series ToyMakerz.[2]

ToyMakerz is an American automotive cable television series (2016–present) that documents the vehicular creations and mods of specialty fabricator David Ankin and his team. Season 1 premiered on Velocity in 2016. Season 2 premiered on Velocity in 2017.[3]
