Toy from Hell is a 2020 American low budget horror film directed by Sheyanne Parkhurst and starring Gabriel Finch and Madisen Mayhugh.
Plot
A young boy buys a stuffed animal frog from a girl. Unknown to him, the stuffed animal is possessed by an evil spirit and it terrorizes him.
Production
The film was shot in two days (February 17, 2020 – February 18, 2020).[1]
Release
After the film was finished, Gabriel Finch completed production and released it to YouTube. When it was done uploading, he sent the link to his followers and friends via Instagram direct message and it currently has 54 views on YouTube.[2]
Reception
When Gabriel Finch sent the film link to his friends and followers, he received a lot of positive feedback, such as "This deserves an Emmy." Former dancer at the Paramount Theatre (Anderson, Indiana) and close friend of Finch, Danica Carr, said, "You are talented."[3]

Trivia
Gabriel Finch tried using plastic wrap to close up the box that the toy came in. The frog used in the film is actually Gabriel Finch's stuffed animal. The film was edited on the app "InShot." The end credits were made on WeVideo. Sheyanne Parkhurst and Gabriel Finch were having trouble deciding how Finch's death should be portrayed, so Finch created a poll on Instagram to see which option would receive the most votes. Gabriel Finch struggled with dubbing his scream sound effects, and it took him many tries. The girl who gives Devin the toy was originally going to be actress "Sheyla Parkhurst," but the role was then given to "Madisen Mayhugh."[5]
