During this time the firm focused primarily on music/concert productions. In 2002, Track was purchased and then merged with nightlife Web site Clubplanet.com to form "Track Entertainment,[2]" then adding the ticketing website Wantickets to its portfolio in 2003 (which was subsequently sold to Private Equity Firm River North in 2011). In 2004, Track purchased CoolJunkie.com, a Miami-based nightlife/lifestyle site. Track launched its first multicultural site, nocheLatina.com, in 2005. In 2006, Track Merged with Angel Music Group to create a worldwide entertainment group known as L2N, and produced the first edition of Global Gathering in the US.
