Premise[edit]
The series stars Justin Hartley as lone-wolf survivalist Colter Shaw, who roams the country as a "reward seeker," using his expert tracking skills to help private citizens and law enforcement solve all manner of mysteries while contending with his own fractured family.

Development[edit]
Tracker is based on Jeffery Deaver's The Never Game.[2] The series was picked up to pilot by CBS on July 20, 2022.[3] On December 15, 2022, it was given a straight-to-series order to the series, with 20th Television joins the production of the series.[4] In March 2023, it has changed the title into Tracker.[5]
Casting[edit]
Justin Hartley has joined the role of Colter Shaw. Also, Mary McDonnell has been joined the role as Mary Dove Shaw.[6] The next day, Robin Weigert, Abby McEnany, and Eric Graise were announced to star in the series alongside Hartley and McDonnell.[7]

Tracker is scheduled to premiere on February 11, 2024 on CBS.
