TMGM (TradeMax Global Markets) is an Australia-based financial company and online broker that offers contract for difference (CFD) trading services. It is regulated by two financial jurisdictions: ASIC (Australian Securities and Investments Commission), an independent commission of the Australian Government, and VFSC (Vanuatu Financial Services Commission), the financial regulatory authority of Vanuatu.
The company's headquarters are in Sydney, Australia, with international offices in New Zealand, Vanuatu, Taiwan,and the Philippines.

TMGM is headquartered in Sydney, Australia with additional offices in the major Australian cities of Adelaide, Melbourne, and Canberra. The company has regional offices including New Zealand, Vanuatu, Taiwan, Thailand and the Philippines.
TMGM provides contract for difference (CFD) trading services in 7 asset classes. These services are regulated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) and the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC).

Founding and early years[edit]
TMGM was initially established in 2013 in Sydney, Australia under the name of TradeMax. In the same year, the company obtained its Australian Financial Services Licence and commenced operations as a CFD trading broker in November 2013.
Expansion[edit]
In 2017, TMGM formed TradeMax Equities, which is authorised by the Australian Securities & Investments Commission to engage in trading activities involving tradable products such as bonds, stocks, and DMA services. This expansion allowed TMGM to offer wealth management services while establishing an institutional partnership with BT Financial Group, a wealth management company owned by Westpac Bank.
Recent developments[edit]
In September 2020, TradeMax rebranded itself as TMGM (TradeMax Global Markets)
In 2021, TMGM entered into a partnership with Trade View to provide access to Trade View's trading tools and workshops. Additionally, TMGM obtained a regulatory license from the Financial Markets Authority of New Zealand in the same year.
TMGM initiated a partnership with the Australian Open Tennis Tournament in 2020.[1][2]
TMGM is also Chelsea’s Official Regional Online Forex and Trading Partner in Asia Pacific.[3]
