Trainer Games follows a group of elite fitness professionals as they compete in challenges designed to test strength, endurance, adaptability, and coaching ability, led by current iFIT trainers John Peel, Hannah Eden, and Ashley Paulson. Beyond solely physical performance, the series places equal emphasis on leadership skills, reflecting the demands of professional personal training. The winner receives a contract with iFIT and a monetary prize of $250,000.
