Tram Simulator: Urban Transit is a recently released tram simulator game developed by Stillalive Studios and published by Astragon Entertainment. The game is developed on the Unreal Engine 4. It is the first game in the Tram Simulator series. The game released on December 5, 2023[1] for Microsoft Windows only on the Steam website and desktop app.[2] The game will be released for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S/X, PlayStation 4 and for the Xbox One in Spring 2024.
Gameplay[edit]
Tram Simulator Urban Transit currently takes place in Angel Shores, a fictional city that is also used in Bus Simulator 21. The city is located in the United States and is mainly based on the San Francisco Bay Area. This is the game's only map that it's featured in. It's tram fleet includes only 5 trams, which include a Alstom Dualis tram, 2 fictional trams and also a fictional S4D2. The game also features a a cooperative multiplayer mode, allowing players to connect with eachother, similar to Bus Simulator 21. Also, a career mode is offered in the game.
Development[edit]
Both Stillalive Studios and Astragon Entertainment remain as the series sole developers respectively. The games release date was confirmed in a Steam blog post on November 20, 2023.[3]
