Transform Holdco is an American privately held company formed to acquire Sears Holdings’ assets. The new company is owned by Eddie Lampert. Following the bankruptcy of Sears Holdings, Transform Holdco purchased substantially all of the assets owned by Sears Holdings for 5.2 billion US Dollars.[4]
