History
Transforming PLC was founded in 2019 by Paul Green and Warren Richards. It was later established in 2021 as a holding company for the growing healthcare, social care, and property development group. By 2024, the group employed over 250 people, with an aim to double its workforce by the end of 2026. It has since broadened its services regionally, forming contracts and partnerships with local councils in London, Surrey, Sussex, Coulsdon, Peterborough, Birmingham, Manchester, and Liverpool.[1]

Transforming Support
Provides high dependency supported living services to adults with autism, learning disabilities, mental health challenges and complex behaviours. Services include 24/7 support, positive behaviour support (PBS), active support and person-centred planning tailored around people’s needs and aspirations.
Nurture Support
Offers short-term crisis intervention and stabilisation services, referred to as "step-up" or "step-down" placements to avoid or reduce stays in tier 4 or secure hospital environments.
Ascend Support
Supports individuals with lower dependency needs, offering outreach and community-based support. Services are flexible and intended to maintain independence and reduce reliance on institutional care.
Transforming Developments
