Career and early life[edit]

Trevor was born in Fort Saint John British Columbia Canada, and earned a degree in Religious Education in 1989. He completed one year of business studies at the University of Davao in the Philippines. He served as a pastor from 1990-1997 and then entered business.

He worked for Beachcomber Hot Tubs in a variety of roles, including acquisitions, area management, sales management, and business management.

In 2003 he bought Strategic Corporate Resolutions, a training and consulting firm offering services to the Government of Canada, and to private firms and non-profit organizations in fast growth.

Trevor has held certification with Gazelles International, the largest coaching organization to fast growth firms in the world (now Scaling Up). Trevor is trained in open book management with the Great Game of Business, and receives 40 hours of professional development/year.

Book and Content Creation[edit]

In 2017 Career Press NJ published Trevor’s book, “The Power of People Skills” which teaches how to permanently solve chronic people issues.

Trevor is the creator of DISC Personalities personality profile.

Trevor is a veteran coach and keynote speaker, the author of the book “The Power of People Skills” released by Career Press NY in 2017. He’s also written for or been featured in places like Forbes, Inc, The NY Post, The Globe and Mail, Entrepreneur, CEO Magazine, and numerous podcasts and interviews.

Personal Life[edit]

Trevor lives outside of Vancouver Canada with his wife Jennifer, and has four children (Julia, Sam, Ella and William). Trevor’s purpose is to ‘lift people to a new level, personally and professionally.’
