Trinity Homes is the largest semi-custom and custom home builder in central Ohio.[1] They were founded in 1963. They build communities in Franklin county and surrounding counties. They have approximately 20 active single-family communities, in addition to 2 condominium communities. Trinity Homes has approximately 40 home plans to choose from, including 2-story, ranch, multi-level, and first-floor master ranging from 1,800 sq ft to 5,000 sq ft. Homewood Homes and Ambassador Homes are Trinity's sister companies. They have a 35-year transferable structural warranty. Trinity Homes sells and/or builds approximately 150-200 homes a year. Trinity Homes is privately-owned. Home prices range from high $200s to $600,000. Trinity Homes is also known as Trinity Home Builder, LLC. Trinity Homes participated in the 2017 BIA Parade of Homes in Cheshire Woods.[2]
