Troy Pascley was born on December 11, 1987, in Alliance, Ohio. He played one season at Alliance High School and was the 33rd-best prospect in the state and the 4th-best wide receiver in the state. He caught 34 passes for 881 yards with 10 touchdowns, averaging 25.9 yards per catch. Troy rushed for 231 yards with 10 attempts. He also returned 14 kicks for 421 yards, averaging 30.1 yards per return. Troy was selected for the first team All-League, All-County, and All-Northeastern Ohio teams. He was marked as a DII All-Ohio honoree and was selected to play in the Big 33 Ohio-Pennslyvania All-star Game[1]. He was a 3-star recruit, with a rivals.com[2] rating of 5.5. Troy signed with the Louisville Cardnals on July 26, 2005. His hight when recruited was 6'2" with a weight of 182 lbs.
