Trump: Another Space Time Continuum is a South Korean webtoon written and drawn by Lee Chae-eun. It is released for free on Naver and WEBTOON. It has been officially translated to English on WEBTOON, and on the platform, there are also fan translations to 19 other languages.[1].

Trump is a story about a boy named Hiasen Belrenephia, who is the son of Ran Belrenephia, a wanted criminal with a bounty over 2.1 billion. He lives in hiding with his father's childhood friend, Kasin Em Demisleed, in a shack floating on water. Although he repeatedly asks Kasin to let him go to school, his guardian refuses because his father never registered his birth.
In Hiasen's world, Roserocarta, there is a fairytale about a girl named Melly who is imprisoned in a castle. As a result of the events in the fairytale, people came to celebrate Melly Day on February 29th, a day that grants the wishes of children under 14[2].
On Melly Day, Hiasen meets Melly who gives him a notebook that can grant his wishes, in order to let him see his father. He writes in the notebook and teleports to a bar that Ran uses as his safehouse. This sets off a series of events that embroils Hiasen in the centuries-long machinations of the Tessera, the immortal rulers of his world.

Roserocarta[edit]
The webtoon takes place in Roserocarta, the "World of God", where the first man was created 140 thousand years ago. The Gods who live in Roserocarta are the first creatures with both power (mana) and personality[3].
For 100 thousand years, the Gods in Roserocarta served the Creator dutifully, and the Creator was so pleased that he continuously gave them new life. Then, the 2916th child was born, and when he turned 14 years old, he questioned the Creator for allowing death and suffering in their world, despite his great power. Many people agreed with him, and became his followers, who were called Marhnie. The Tria punished them by giving them "Thirst", which meant that they had to consume food to stay alive. They were stripped of their ability to use mana, and banished to Marhniecarta, the "World of Man", a dimension that is 0.8 seconds behind Roserocarta. The inhabitants of Marhniecarta are humans[4].
The Tria are the first three children of the Creator, who rule Roserocarta. After a fourth member was added, they became the Tessera. They hold the positions of Chief Priest of En Piste, the Leader of Eftichia, the Chief of the Mana Association, and the Captain of Yeohadan[5]
Because God's Realm can easily collapse due to magic, there is a strong birth control policy. High-risk mana users, who are categorized by the dangerous nature of their mana, are not allowed to have children or marry, and are sometimes isolated from society or executed.
Yeohadan
Yeohadan is the police force in Roserocarta, headed by the Captain of Yeohadan, who is the fourth Tessera. The Captain of Yeohadan has the responsibility of executing dangerous high-risk mana users, and criminals who infringe on the domain of the Creator. In order to enter Yeohadan and become an officer with an official rank, there are three tests that must be passed: written, practical, and mana level.
