Try This On For Size is the debut studio album by American hardcore punk band Spark Is A Diamond, released on May 6, 2008, through Pluto Records. It was produced by Paul Leavitt and mixed by Matt Bayles. A music video was made for the track "President of The Wrong Crowd."

Background
Matt left and was replaced by Joseph Crawford from Hometown Anthem in 2007. In 2008, a short remix EP “You Can’t Stop” was released. The band found immediate success and later signed to Pluto Records[3][4][5] and released their debut studio album "Try This On For Size" on May 6, 2008.[6][7][8][9][10][11][12][13]
It was produced, recorded and engineered by Paul Leavitt at Valencia Recording, Baltimore, Maryland, mixed by Matt Bayles at Red Room Recording, Seattle, WA, and mastered by Michael Fossenkemper at Turtle Tone Studios. Artwork and layout by Dann Miller of Stomach Designs, Houston, TX.
Promotion
On May 31, 2008, the band released a music video for the track "President of The Wrong Crowd," directed by Adam Kobylarz.[14]
Critical Reception
The album received some negative feedback from some people, calling it repetitive and uninspiring. Some say it’s great but not amazing compared to other bands.[15][16][17][18][19][20][21]
