Tshering Penjor (born 7 July 1999) is a male Bhutanese MD sprinter.He is training in Seisa Academy, Oiso, Japan under BAAF-Seisa Olympic solidarity scholarship in Japan for Tokyo 2020 Olympics under JOC Solidarity Program. He is the 2 Times Gold Medalist in 800 metres and 1 Times 1500 metres Gold Medalist at the 13th National Athletics Championships 2017 in Athletics Thimphu, Bhutan and 14th National Athletics Championships 2017 in Athletics Thimphu, Bhutan. He also won the gold medal in 800 metres at the 1st National Open Athletics Championship 2018
