Tshering Penjor (born 7 July 1999) is a male Bhutanese MD sprinter.He is training in Seisa Academy, Oiso, Japan under BAAF-Seisa Olympic solidarity scholarship in Japan for Tokyo 2020 Olympics under JOC Solidarity Program. He competed in the 1500m metres event at the 17th Asian Junior Athletics Championships 2016 in Athletics in Ho Chi Minh City, Veitnam and was ranked 12th[2] [3] http://athleticsasia.org/index.php/results/asian-junior-athletics-championships/68-asian-junior-athletics-championship-2016/file. He is the 2 Times Gold Medalist in 800 metres and 1 Times 1500 metres Gold Medalist at the 13th National Athletics Championships 2017 in Athletics Thimphu, Bhutan and 14th National Athletics Championships 2017 in Athletics Thimphu, Bhutan. He also won the gold medal in 800 metres at the 1st National Open Athletics Championship 2018
