Two Wrasslin’ Cats Coffee House (TWC) is a cat-themed café in East Haddam, Connecticut.[1]
History[edit]
Two Wrasslin’ Cats Coffee House was opened in May 2013 by Mark A. Thiede.[2][3][4] The ‘Together We Rise CT movement’ hosted its weekly vigils at TWC.[5]
On January 21, 2017, TWC was the venue for one of the three major statewide Women’s March events, hosting over 500 participants protesting the inauguration of the 45th president.[6][7]
Origin[edit]
Two Wrasslin’ Cats café is considered to be a hub of East Haddam.[8]
It is housed in a circa 1784 cobalt blue and lime green house at 374 Town Street in East Haddam. The café has private rooms for community meetings and small parties.[3][9]
