Ty Jeffrey Young is the CEO of the nationally prominent finance firm, Ty J. Young, Inc, and he is a well known public voice for financial expertise.[1][2] Young and his associates provide advice and services in the investment banking and financial services industries. He got his start in the finance industry as a broker at Chatfield, Dean & Co. Inc. in 1992 in Greenwood Village, Colorado.[3] His firm is based in Atlanta, Georgia and has been in business since 1998.[4]

Young has been a guest on CNN International, Fox News Channel, and CNBC.[5] However, he most frequently is a featured guest on Fox Business Channel as a business expert and public figure. Some of the topics covered on his Fox News visits include the effects of the Uber CEO, Travis Kalanick, stepping down, the effect of the U.K. leaving the European Union on stocks, and the European Parliament's effects on the U.S. market.[6][7][8] Young often is seen as a bearish investor due to his ability to profit when the market declines, and has been used as a contributing source for financial knowledge by the U.S. News and World Report.[9]

Personal[edit]

Young attended the Georgia Institute of Technology where he played on the varsity football team.[10] He often bikes and competes in car racing competitions.[11]
