Type 90 Helmet

The Type 90 Helmet is a war helmet used by the Imperial Japanese Army and the Imperial Japanese Navy during World War II.[1]

Design
There are two versions of this helmet, with the Imperial Japanese Army version possessing a Five pointed star[2] at the front of the helmet and the Imperial Japanese Navy version possessing an anchor with a cherry blossom flower[3] at the front of the helmet. Normally, a cloth strap is used to hold the helmet in place for the wearer[4]. The helmet is made of steel and fibre[5] and made to look like Japanese kasa hats[6].
