U.S. Corrugated was established in 2006 through several strategic acquisitions.[1][2] The firm primarily produces corrugated packaging and Point of Purchase displays.[3][4]

History[edit]

The firm was started in 1966 by Dennis Mehiel, as a partitions manufacturing business called Four M Manufacturing. Four M acquired their first full line box plant in 1985 in Newark, New Jersey and in 1993 acquired Mannkraft Corporation which manufactured industrial packaging and point of sale.[5]

In course of time after acquisitions in Texas, Kentucky, Ohio and Iowa.

On October 21, 2011 U.S. Corrugated was acquired in part by Kapstone Paper and Packaging.[7][8][9]

In Septemeber 2020, the company announced that it would close it's Newark, New Jersey facility and build a new facility in Dover, Delaware,[10][11] in part funding with a state government incentive.[12]
