UCLan Cyprus
UCLan Cyprus is the first branch campus of the University of Central Lancashire, based in Pyla, Larnaka, which is a fully licensed and registered university in Cyprus. It is approved and validated by both the Ministry of Education and Culture of Cyprus and the UK Quality Assurance Agency (QAA) for higher education. Established in 2012, it has students from all over the world studying Bachelor's, Master's, and Doctoral degrees.
Graduates receive a double degree (two certificates) from both universities, UCLan Cyprus and UCLan UK, recognised across Europe and beyond.

The University of Central Lancashire is ranked among the top 3.3% of all worldwide universities by 'the Centre for World University Rankings 2016 [1] (CWUR).

History
Built on strong academic foundations, University of Central Lancashire has been operating for more than 90 years. UCLan Cyprus operates under the academic umbrella of UCLan UK. UCLan Cyprus is in its 7th year of operation with students from around the world.

Accreditation by British Psychology Society (BPS)
The BSc (Hons) Psychology degree has gained accreditation by the British Psychological Society (BPS)[2] UCLan Cyprus is the only university in Cyprus with a BPS-accredited Psychology programme. As a result, graduates are granted a unique competitive advantage by meeting the requirements for Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership of the Society (GBC), the first step to becoming a professional psychologist and working in the UK.
BSc Computing Accreditation By British Computing Society
UCLan Cyprus proudly announced the certification of its undergraduate programme BSc Computing. The BCS accreditation assures that the BSc Computing undergraduate degree of UCLan Cyprus meets BCS standards, establishing UCLan Cyprus graduates as highly skilled IT professionals. Graduates receiving a BSc Computing degree will automatically gain accreditation as Chartered Information Technology Professionals (CITPs).
Model United Nations
UCLan Cyprus’ Law School organised its second Model United Nations (MUN) event in collaboration with the United Nations Association of Cyprus. Each participating law student represented an individual UN member country, and their speeches addressed a draft resolution. Following the speeches, student representatives could propose amendments, and then vote on the amendments and the amended resolution. The conference concluded with a reception where students discussed the MUN, spoke with guests, and exchanged views and knowledge.
“InAvation” Award
The University of Central Lancashire’s Cyprus campus won the ‘Most InAVative Education Facility’ award at the prestigious Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) InAVation Awards[3], triumphing over 30 competitors and shortlisted projects from four other university finalists based in England, the Republic of Ireland, and Russia. UCLan Cyprus' IT infrastructure is second to none, providing over 300 software applications, laptop loans, and free Wi-Fi across the campus.
