UCLan Cyprus
UCLan Cyprus is the first Branch Campus of the University of Central Lancashire based in Pyla, Larnaka, which is fully licensed and registered University in Cyprus. At the same time, it is approved and validated by both the Ministry of Education and Culture of Cyprus and the UK Quality Assurance Agency (QAA), for Higher Education. It has been established since 2012 and it has students from over the world, studying on Bachelor, Master and Doctoral Degrees.
Graduates receive a Double Degree (two certificates) from both Universities, UCLan Cyprus and UCLan UK recognised across Europe and beyond.

The University of Central Lancashire is ranked among the top 3.3% of all worldwide Universities by 'the Centre for World University Rankings 2016 [1] (CWUR).
UCLan is in the top 800 universities globally by the Times Higher Education World University Rankings.

Built on strong academic foundations, University of Central Lancashire, has been founded more than 90 years. UCLan Cyprus operates under the academic umbrella of UCLan UK. UCLan Cyprus is in 7th year of operation with students from over the world.

It incorporates all of what Audio Visual (AV) has to offer in education, but also in the ever-growing professional communication world, such as distance learning facilities, high-end presentation solutions and innovative multi-use spaces. Accreditation by British Psychology Society (BPS)[edit]
The BSc (Hons) Psychology degree has gained accreditation by the British Psychological Society (BPS)[2] UCLan Cyprus is the only University in Cyprus that has an accredited Psychology programme of study by the BPS professional body. As a result, graduates are granted a unique competitive advantage by gaining the requirements for Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership of the Society (GBC), which is the first step to become a professional psychologist and be able to work even in the UK.
BSc Computing Accreditation By British Computing Society[edit]
UCLan Cyprus proudly announced the certification of its Undergraduate programme BSc Computing. The BCS accreditation is a mark of assurance that the BSc Computing Undergraduate degree of UCLan Cyprus meets the standards set by the BCS and sets UCLan Cyprus graduates as highly skilled IT professionals. As a result, graduates who will be receiving a BSc Computing degree, will automatically gain accreditation as Chartered Information Technology Professionals (CITPs).
Model United Nation[edit]
UCLan Cyprus’ Law School organised its second Model United Nations (MUN) event in collaboration with the United Nations Association of Cyprus. Each law student participating represented an individual UN member country, and their speeches addressed a draft resolution. Following the speeches, the student representatives were given a BSC Accreditation chance to propose amendments, and then vote for the amendments and the amended resolution. The conference was concluded with a pleasant reception where the students had the opportunity to discuss the MUN among themselves, as well as speak with the guests, exchange views and knowledge.
“InAvation” Award[edit]
The University of Central Lancashire’s Cyprus Campus has won the sought-after title of the ‘Most InAVative Education Facility’ at the prestigious Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) InAVation Awards[3], and triumphed over 30 competitors as well as shortlisted projects from four other University finalists based in England, the Republic of Ireland and Russia. UCLan Cyprus IT infrastructure is second to none, which provides more than 300 software applications, loan of laptops, and free Wi-Fi across the campus.
