UK Space Command

UK Space Command is part of the British Armed Forces and United Kingdom Ministry of Defence. It was an election promise by the Conservative Party in the lead-up to the 2019 UK General Election.[1]
In January 2020, Air Vice Marshal Harvey Smyth was named as the first commander of the UK Space Command, from February 2020.[2]
