Up Global Holding Company Ltd., branded UPTX, is a Cayman Islands financial company. UPTX focuses on asset management and focuses on stocks, foreign exchange, commodities.[1][2]
Overview
UPTX is founded by Kelly Xu (Chinese:徐可; pinyin: Xu Ke),who founded the China's First Blockchain Social Network.[3][4] It currently has offices in over 130 countries and regions, including Singapore, Dubai, Kuala Lumpur, Tokyo, Hong Kong, London.[5]
UPTX is regulated by the U.S. MSB(Money Services Business), NFA, and Lithuania's VASP,[6] a federal body overseeing the securities industry, including investment advisory firms.
On October 17, 2024, UP GLOBAL signed a cooperation agreement with Huawei to provide technical support for UPTX.[7][8]
