Uche Nancy is a Nigerian producer, costume designer and film actress from Ufuma, Anambra State, Nigeria. She has worked as a costume designer on multiple movies, including "Girls Cot" (2006), for which she was nominated for multiple awards[citation needed], and Dry, which she won the Best Costume Designer award for at the 2016 Africa Magic Viewers' Choice Awards.
Career[edit]
Uche Nancy started her career in Nollywood as a costume designer, working on films such as World Apart and Girls Cot. She then began writing and producing films, such as Proof of Life, The Seed, Gallant Babes (2011), and Fulton Mansion (2020). Since then, she has encouraged more women to enter the acting industry by creating a safe environment where men wouldn't harass them.
