Ulish (Tatar: Өлеш, Bashkurt: Өлөш, literally, part, larger piece, Russian: Элеш, Улюш) is a Tatar and Bashkurt dish. It is a small round closed pastry filled with coarsely chopped raw poultry meat, onion and potatoes.
