Ulvi Azizov

Ulvi Azizov was born in Baku, Azerbaijan, in 1985 to a family of a famous dancer Rafik Azizov and a doctor Nushaba Guluzade. In 1992 he joined and in 2003 graduated from the Baku Choreographic School. After he moved to Turkey where he continued his studies of classical ballet. After successful performance at the International Ballet Competition “Young Ballet of the World” organized by Yury Grigorovich in 2006 Ulvi Azizov was awarded a special prize and invited by legendary dancer Vadim Pisarev to participate at the “World Ballet Stars” Gala as well as in the Germany and Switzerland tours. In 2009 Ulvi Azizov was awarded by the international organization for his contribution to the development of ballet Arts and the high level of professional skills at the Rudolf Nureev XVI International Ballet Festival. He has also performed the same year at the International Ballet Gala “World Ballet Stars” at the Hungarian National Opera and after the performance received the special Gala Award”. Ulvi Azizov has performed as the guest star in France, Italy, Greece, Ukraine, Finland, Hungary, Slovakia, Russia, Latvia, Czech Republic, Azerbaijan etc. The partners of Ulvi Azizov: Isabelle Ciaravola, Roberta Marquez, Adeline Pastor, Aleszja Popova, Andrea Kramesova and others.
