Ummulkheir Kassim is the current Women's Representative of Mandera County, Kenya, and was the former Chairperson of FCDC Women MCAs Caucus[1] and a member of the Mandera County Assembly who served as Mandera Township councillor (1998–2013), former Mayor of Mandera Town Council and as chairman of the local town council[2][3]
