Mathematical universe hypothesis
The inventor of Mathematical universe hypothesis Tegmark's only assumption is that any structure that exists mathematically also exists physically. Universes are complex enough to contain self-aware substructures. Intelligent living beings such as humans subjectively perceive themselves as physically present in the 'real' world. The hypothesis suggests that worlds corresponding to different initial conditions, physical constants, or completely different equations must also be viewed as real.
