The University of Computer Studies(Taunggyi) (Burmese: ကွန်ပျူတာ တက္ကသိုလ် (တောင်ကြီး)) is a public university in Taunggyi, Southern Shan State, Myanmar.[1]. It is one of the leading universities in the field area of Information Technology and Computer Science in Myanmar. The university, administered by the Ministry of Education, offers undergraduate and graduate degree programs in Computer Science, Computer Technology and Information Science. The language of instruction at UCS (Taunggyi) is English.

The University of Computer Studies (Taunggyi) is situated in the Southern Shan State, Myanmar. The Government Computer College (Taunggyi) was established on August 15 in 2000. University of Computer Studies (Taunggyi) has been upgraded on 20th January 2007.
