Unsellable Houses (TV Series)
Unsellable Houses is an American reality television show about home renovation and design that is on HGTV. The series starts Lyndsay Lamb and Leslie Davis, twin sisters who own a real estate company and also help home owner's in Snohomish County sell their seemingly unsellable home for top dollar by renovating, updating and staging. The series premiere was May 14, 2019, and season two premiered March 30, 2021.[1]
Premise[edit]
Prior to Unsellable Houses, Lyndsay Lamb left her marketing job and began her career in real estate in Snohomish County, Washington in 2009. She quickly became one of the top producing agents in the region and continued to grow her business and clientele. While growing her company she fell in love with helping people and found a passion for home staging. Due to a health concern in the family, Lyndsay's sister, Leslie Davis, began to assist with her sister's business. A video of the sisters singing in the car with clients went viral on Youtube and HGTV picked the two up for a series.
In the show, the duo pair with a local contracting company, JL Remodeling, to help struggling home owner's in Snohomish County sell their home for top dollar. The twins invest their own money in the home's renovations, repairs and updates and once the home sells they pay themselves back then split the profit with the seller.[2]
In addition to renovation work, the pair run a real estate team with multiple agents and a storefront in Historic Snohomish.[3]
