Urban Zone, sometimes shortened as UZ, was a lifestyle program produced by ABS-CBN and Bayan Productions, Inc. and aired on ABS-CBN with replays on The Filipino Channel (TFC) in five regions (US and Canada, Europe, the Middle East, Australia, and Asia).
After a 5-year run, Bayan Productions and ABS-CBN as well as TFC agreed on February 18, 2012 to conclude the lifestyle series, releasing an official statement through social media sites Facebook, Twitter, and through program host Daphne Oseña's official blogsite.[1] After the show's closure, the business entrepreneurial show Kabuhayang Swak na Swak became the only remaining ABS-CBN and Bayan Productions co-production on ABS-CBN.[2]
Host
The program was hosted by Daphne Oseña-Paez. During its first season, Paez was joined by interior designer and businessman Ito Kish.
