Ursula Barry

Ursula Barry is an associate professor[1] and social science researcher at the School of Social Justice, University College Dublin. Barry specializes in gender equality and public policy, has authored a wide range of research findings and articles on economic and social policies as well as gender equality issues in Ireland.[2]

She represents Ireland on the EU network of experts on Gender Equality. Barry is also a senior expert on the EU Socioeconomic Network on Non Discrimination.[2] As an editor, she has contributed to "Where are we now: new feminist perspectives on Women in contemporary Ireland".[2]
