Urzikstan
Urzikstan is a fictional country in the world of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (2019). It is unknown where it is on the map or what countries it borders, but we know it’s somewhere in Eurasia.

Russian occupation
In 1999, armed forces of Gen. Barkov invaded Urzikstan and occupied the land and captured members of the Urzikstani Liberation Force. Among those prisoners was Farah Karim.
2009 prison break
Karim started a resistance force inside the prison with her cellmates, and in 2009 they managed to break out of Gen. Barkov's prison with the help of British SAS forces. In the prison break mission in CoD MW, we see young Capt. Price as Lt. Price in a mission to help in the prison insurgency.
Al Qatala occupation
We don't know when exactly Al Qatala took over the country of Urzikstan, but we know that Al Qatala forces raided Gen. Barkov's house in Baurci on November 1st, 2019, although they didn't manage to kill him because he was away during the raid.
General Barkov assassination
On November 3rd, 2019, forces from the Urzikstani Liberation force and SAS attacked Gen. Barkov's chemical factory, killing him and Alex, who in an unknown way returned to life.
Languages
Arabic
Arabic is spoken by everyone in Urzikstan and is probably the official language.
English
English is not spoken by everyone like Arabic, but it is spoken more frequently (by non-native English characters) in the campaign mode of the game, probably because of the game’s language being English.
