The Utah Pipe Band is a bagpipe band composed of three competition bands in grades four, five, and juvenile.[1] The band is affiliated with the Western United States Pipe Band Association. Located in Salt Lake City, Utah, United States, the band is led by pipe major Andrew Barclay and drum sergeant Andy Draper.
