Utopia is a dystopian fictional novel written by Egyptian author Ahmed Khaled Tawfik.

The story revolves around two main protagonists named Alaa (although it is unconfirmed whether this is his real name) and Gaber,[1][2] described by Tawfik as "predator" and "prey" respectively.[2] These two characters alternately narrate the story in first person.[3][4]
