Víctor Martín Pérez (born 1981, Barcelona) is a writer, entrepreneur and blogger - lecturer focused on personal and professional development.[1] Author of the essay "Desata tu éxito" (Planeta Publishers) he was  on the list of best sellers in Amazon for several months.[2]

Professional development[edit]

He was a student of Technical Engineering in Computer Systems at the (Universitat Oberta de Catalunya) and creator of various online platforms focused on the development of people, following the guidelines of North American coaches. At age 24 he created his first company, Deluxe Contents. Soon after, he discovered the huge potential of the internet for business, and in 2010 he created his first blog, finalist at the Bitácoras Awards.[3]

In 2012, he created the digital marketing agency Young Media and later the digital platform Wiluve –sold to Quondos– and the podcast The Success Academy.[4] In them, by interviewing celebrities and motivational professionals such as Elsa Punset, Mario Alonso Puig, Victor Kuppers or Alex Rovira, he managed to reach broad Spanish-speaking audiences.[1]

In 2013, he created and published the Rocket-Blogger Method, a guide to getting the most out of blogging. From the Pablo de Olavide University he gave the workshop "How to enhance your personal brand with a blog" that advised entrepreneurs.

All this experience is developed in the book “Desata tu éxito”.[5] Martín suggests the definition of objectives, the acquisition of habits to get the achievements and finally to be hand in hand with a mentor.[6] The wheel of life (a circular diagram with the different areas in a person's life) bring to light the areas of the personality that are wrong.

In 2013 he created the charity event, “Social Media Care” (Disseny Hub de Barcelona) mixing entrepreneurship training with the provision of food for soup-kitchens.[7]
