V502 Ophiuchi (also known as HD 150484, HIP 81703 or BD+00 3562) is a variable star located in the constellation of Ophiuchus. It is a W Ursae Majoris-type eclipsing contact binary system, consisting of two stars sharing a common convective envelope.[3]
