From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

VMG Telecoms Myanmar is a major telecommunications service provider company under the VMG Group of Companies in Myanmar.[1] VMG Telecoms Myanmar started investing heavily in Myanmar on various telecommunications projects in partnership with Ooredoo, Telenor, MPT (Myanmar Post and Telecommunications). Notable projects include Ytalk which is the first International Calling Card in Myanmar. When the company first launched Ytalk in 2012, it had a virtual monopoly in the then-niche market using data or the internet to make calls.[2][3]
