VUGA Media Group is an American media holding company founded in 2018 by Gene Avakyan and Victoria Unikel. It is part of VUGA Group, the diversified holding company the two founders also established that year, and describes its own activity as strategic PR, owned editorial publications, publishing, production and philanthropy under one media holding.
Structure
VUGA Media Group operates eight brands across press and publishing:

- VUGA Enterprises — the VUGA Enterprises Network of editorial properties

- VUGA Publishing — independent publishing house
- VUGA Foundation — a 501(c)(3) organisation for arts and community

The group states that it holds 122 owned editorial properties across 17 thematic clusters, and 1,400 or more international press relationships across world media.
Reception
Writing in Forbes in December 2022, Nadja Sayej described Victoria Unikel as the co-founder of "VUGA Enterprises Media Group, which owns over 60 newspapers and magazines". A 2023 sponsored feature in The Jerusalem Post reported that the group's PR, marketing, entertainment and technology ventures had a combined monthly unique visitor count of over 10 million.
