Usually held around the end of January, Vaayu remains true to its tagline, “Get Empowered”, and constantly attempts to empower the youth of the country[1]. Vaayu is poignant in hosting multiple avenues that seek to empower change in the youth and has rapidly emerged as one of the most popular festivals in Mumbai, serving host to colleges in and around the city, over the duration of the fest.

Started in 2010, under the name of Mayhem, Vaayu was revamped to Vaayu Fest in 2012 and has continued to soar to higher echelons since then, establishing a name for itself and developing a special place among the premier college fests of the country.
