Vaccinated

Vaccinated or vaxxed is a term used on the street as to make an insult. This term describes people who are not bright, sort of retarded individuals. The chemicals inside the body is polluting the mind so much that they become weak in the head. For example: The cashier at the counter is very slow as a turtle, when someone is driving on the street in a dangerous or slow way, a waiter can't get the order right, someone on the phone is asking the same information many times, etc., than this term can be used as "He/she must be vaccinated!".
