Vaccinated

Vaccinated or vaxxed is a term used on the street as an insult. This term describes people who are not bright, sort of retarded individuals. The chemicals inside the body are polluting the mind so much that they become weak in the head. For example: The cashier at the counter is very slow as a turtle, when someone is driving on the street in a dangerous or slow way, a waiter can't get the order right, someone on the phone is asking the same information many times, etc., then this term can be used as "He/she must be vaccinated!".
