Vale of Arrow FC was a football club in Gladestry, Powys. They played at Cae Dressy.
They were highly successful locally, with much success in the Mid Wales South League and the Radnorshire Cup. They won the J. Emrys Morgan Cup twice in the 1980s.
From 1992-1995 they played in the Mid Wales League.[1] By the 2000s the club had folded.
