Vanacore Music is an American music production company for television, films, advertising, and digital media. They license music to networks and production companies. Vanacore has been featured on cable networks including ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX, The CW, Discovery Channel, Bravo, History Channel, SyFy, and is known for its music on shows like Survivor, Wipeout, Big Brother, Fast N' Loud and The Wendy Williams Show.

History

Vanacore Music was founded in 2004 by television composer David Vanacore. Vanacore began his music career as a studio session pianist/keyboardist for Cher and other artists. In the late 1990s, he worked for television composer Mike Post as a studio keyboard player. Later, in 2000, Vanacore worked as a TV composer on Mark Burnett’s first season of Survivor.[1]

Vanacore Music hired composers in order to keep up with the high demand of music for unscripted programming, shows such as Big Brother, Temptation Island, American Chopper, Dirty Jobs and others during the Reality TV boom of the early 2000s.

Vanacore Music has written for several television shows to date.[2] The company offers underscore tracks for licensing from its 24/7 Music Library[3] & Stage To Screen Library, as well as original music production from its roster of composers.
