Veer Samarth is an Indian Music Composer and also a Playback singer from Karnataka. He scored music for predominantly Kannada language films and also for a Marathi and Hindi.
Early life[edit]
Veer Samarth born in Bidar, India. He started learning Hindustani classic music in SANGEET KALA MANDAL, Bidar. He completed juniors in Hindustani classical music. After this, he took shelter of Sri Aashita Ghosh for the next two years and completed seniors under her guidance. He completed SANGEET VIDWAT in Bangalore and SANGEET VISHARADH from Meeraj University, Maharashtra.
Career[edit]
After moving to Mumbai in 1998 he became a student of Suresh Wadkar. And started his professional journey with music Director Sri Ravindra Jain. After that he had opportunities working with greats like Pt. Bhimsen Joshi, Shubha Mudgal, Ismail Darbar and Sandesh Shandilya.
In 2006 he shifted to Bengaluru and worked as music composer for several TV Serials and Music albums.
In 2009 he composed music for Kannada movies ‘Shivamani’ and ‘Kaaranjii’ and got very good critics about his work.
In 2010, Awarded as a “THE BEST UPCOMIMG MUSIC DIRECTOR” by MIRCHI MUSIC AWARDS for Kaaranjii movie.
In 2016, his song 'Huttida Ooranu', written by lyricist Yograj Bhat, for movie Parapancha went viral on social media.
