Venkata Subbaiah Chowdary Karumanchi

Venkata Subbaiah Chowdary Karumanchi - He was born in Andhra Pradesh, India in 1911. Throughout his lifetime he lived in Mangalagiri, Andhra Pradesh, India where he served as a major contributor to the local economy in Mangalagiri. He died in 1974. Currently there are 2 statues of him in Mangalagiri. In the junction between Yerrabalem Road and Nauluru road there is a full–length statue of him. Additionally, there is a statue of him in the local Mangalagiri park.
