Vera Von Monika (Porto, Portugal, September 17) is a Portuguese model, journalist, socialite, businesswoman, ambassador and honorary consul.
Career[edit]
In addition to being invited to so many events, she has appeared in various fashion magazines with interviews such as Huffmag[1], among others. She is also on the covers and articles of various fashion magazines such as Never Magazine[2], Enboga[3], Spanish Influential[4], Malvie[5]
She uses her influence to make people aware, since she influences people with her style and her fashion and this is why she is considered a fashion or style icon.[3]
She is also recognized for her incredible knowledge of Japanese culture and is invited to anime, manga, game, and culture events because of her enormous influence.[6]
Currently, Vera Von Monika is more focused on her work as a sports journalist, more specifically in motor sports, her specialty being the World Rally Championship, having even interviewed Ott Tänak[7][8], current world champion in this category. Without ever forgetting her work as a model or leaving aside her influence as a socialite to help with humanitarian causes.
As part of her work as a sports journalist, she actively collaborates with the Argentine magazine RRMagazine, focused on motorsports for 23 years, writing articles as well as giving an interview about her perspective on the WRC.[9]
During 2020, she opened her own motorsports company, VVMotorsports.
In October 2021, Vera Von Monika launched her exclusive shoe collection. Created, designed by her and produced by USHINDI Shoes, the same company that produced the line of shoes for soccer player Luis Nani.
In October 2021, Vera Von Monika was appointed Ambassador and Honorary Consul of the Royan Royal Family and her Highness Prince Georges, Duke of Royan.[10]
