The VfB Stuttgart kit is a white shirt with red details, shorts and white socks. As a result, the team's most common nickname is Die Schwaben (The Swabs). Their mascot represents a Cayman named «Fritzle», formerly named VfB Alligator, and has been the Stuttgart mascot since 1992, making it one of the oldest mascots in the Bundesliga.[1]
The traditional colors of the club are white with red details and to a lesser extent yellow, in addition to wearing an iconic red stripe on the starting uniform, the alternative jersey is generally reversed in red with a white stripe on the chest, shorts and red socks. Currently the supplier is the multinational German, Jako.[2]
