Victor Lee Keller, Jr is an American entrepreneur and investor.

Work

Keller is the Founder and CEO of KLV Capital, a Dallas-based private equity (PE) firm. Through KLV Capital, he is an investor in Christensen Arms, a sporting goods manufacturer. The PE firm works with family offices to invest in companies that have EBITDA between $5 and $25 million.[2]

His personal investments include AUTEC Car Wash Systems, a manufacturer of automatic car wash equipment[3] and All in Learning, an ed-tech company.

Keller started his career with JP Morgan Chase and in 2002 founded ZAK Products, an automotive products company.[2] He also founded ZAKTEK, an automotive insurance protection program, and NEXEMO, an automotive industry e-commerce platform.[4] These companies were acquired by Berkshire Hathaway in 2015.[1] Keller also founded Experience Ventures,[5] is the CEO of Optym, a global logistics optimization company,[6][7] an operating partner with Satori Capital, and a board member with Acts 29. He has also been associated with Berkshire Hathaway Automotive.

Awards and recognition

Keller is the recipient of the 2011 Auto Care Association Impact Award.[8] In 2015, he was named to D Magazine’s Top Entrepreneurs Under 40 [9] and was a finalist for the EY Entrepreneur of the Year in 2015[9] and 2016.[10]

Life and education

Born in March 1974 in Galveston, Texas, Keller is a graduate of Business Administration from Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University.[1]
